About the estate
Windy Heights sits in Singapore's East Coast, close to the Siglap enclave, in the eclectic and historic neighbourhood of Kembangan. First occupied in 1980, it was built in an era of generous floor plans: apartments are 2,475 sq ft, with penthouses of almost 5,000 sq ft.
The estate is a freehold condominium of 200 homes in four blocks, set among palms and mature greenery, with a large pool, a fully equipped gym, a BBQ pavilion, tennis courts, a multi-purpose court and a function room. A Minimart and a Hairdresser are within the estate. Lift lobbies have been refurbished in warm timber and stone. It is a small, settled community.
Windy Heights is owned and run by its residents through the Management Corporation Strata Title Plan No. 551 (MCST 551). An elected council works with the managing agent, Rhodo Property & Estate Management Services, and the on-site condo manager to look after the common property.

Our air-conditioned gym is fitted out to the standard of a commercial club. There is a full strength area with a power rack and Smith machine, Olympic bars and bumper plates, adjustable benches and a complete dumbbell rack, plus cable and selectorised machines for every muscle group.
For cardio there are commercial-grade Precor treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes and a rowing machine, all on rubber sports flooring with full-length mirrors, garden views and modern lighting.
